1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customized or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

3. Shipping & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Discount Snow Stakes is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

4. Refunds & Processing

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
