Surprisingly I get this question a lot. Our customers call in and ask when the ideal time is to stake their properties. Almost 90% of all staking is done in under an 8 week period. There are a few reasons for this:
– Contractors are waiting to see what bids they were awarded for proper snow stake inventory
– Driveway markers aren’t at the forefront of a snow removal contractors planning
– Timing… stake too early and snow stakes could become dislodged or stolen, stake too late and the ground could freeze making your process much more difficult
