We brought our snow stakes to our favorite trade show again. This year SIMA held their snow and ice management show north of the border in Montreal Quebec Canada! Montreal is an awesome city and one of our favorites to visit so it was great to be able to spend some time up there for the SIMA show.

We have so many customers in Quebec that we have not been able to meet face to face. So having the show in Montreal gave us an opportunity to meet our driveway markers customers for the first time. Some companies have been ordering from us for 10 years and we have never been able to put a face to the name and voices that we have been doing business with for so long.

The show itself was great. The exhibitor list was stacked as usual with all the big players and some great new companies. It traveled pretty well with US snow plow contractors making the trip. The show also brought in the Montreal and surrounding Canada markets that it otherwise may not have. We mostly met residential local snow plow contractors that we hadn’t interacted with previously.

The city itself has great restaurants, nightlife and things to do, so we made a lot of new friends and really enjoyed the show. Great time overall and a great show.
